Infrastructure Engineer – London – On-site

This is an Infrastructure Engineer for a trading systems business based in Central London who are expanding their Network/Infrastructure team to allow development of new products.

Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding technical and troubleshooting support for the businesses trading systems. You’ll be part of a growing fast paced team of induvial and will be required to be in the office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor and deploy globally distributed infrastructure
  • Analysis of server failure and solution implementation
  • Responding quickly to infrastructure support request’s
  • Resolving server and network issues
  • Working directly with new customers to coordinate deployments and implementations
  • Automate server deployment as well as configuration management

Requirements

  • Implementing cloud tech from AWS
  • VMWare and Datacentre’s
  • Red Hat Linux or CentOS
  • Any DevOps implementation is desirable
  • Cassandra, VSphere or Zabbix
